Cable ramps can be of very good use for manual and powered wheelchairs. They can come of very good use in different places and also for special occasions like carnivals and fairs. They can be added on to places of entertainment as they come in bright noticeable colors. They are usually meant to be used in places where cable protectors are in use. Cable ramps are to be attached with cable protectors. By doing so, the movement of the wheelchair improves and it provides a better slope.
Cable ramps also come with guard rails which act as a protection at the edges. These ramps are also obvious enough for pedestrians to be aware not to trespass. These ramp are easy to install but have certain disadvantages. They cannot be used anywhere and everywhere like track ramps. And, cable protectors are sold separately which means it doesn’t come with the product.
